It’s a little more expensive than our “lawn leveling” services alone but that’s from the cost of the more premium soil.
On a recent job, the yard looked decent from a distance but had hidden trouble spots. There were uneven patches, dips, and signs of poor drainage. We started by mowing the lawn short, then dethatched and aerated to open up the soil. After that, we spread our top dressing mix evenly across the entire lawn, using our Earth & Turf Spreader and other specialized tools to rake it in and ensure it settled just beneath the blades of grass.
